Pick a time that suits you. Book online in a few minutes or by phone. Your intake form comes with the confirmation, so it’s done before you arrive.

We’ll take your coat & bring you a Flow water, then sit down together & talk about your skin

A closer look.
True Pro reads your pores, fine lines, texture & spots, including the ones you can’t see yet. So your plan starts with your skin, not a guess.

A plan built for you.
What your skin needs, in what order, & what it’ll cost, before you commit to anything.

Begin when it suits you.
Same day when the schedule allows, or a time that works better for you.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. There's no charge & no obligation to book anything. The one exception is laser hair removal, which starts with a $50 consultation & patch test so we can find the safest settings for your skin.

Do I have to book a treatment?

No. You'll leave with a plan & the prices, & you can take your time deciding.

Can I have a treatment the same day?

If there's time in the schedule, yes. If not, we'll book you in for another day.

What should I do before I come?

Fill in the intake form before you arrive, so we can spend the time on your skin.

Where do I park?

There's free street parking on Roxton Rd & Shaw St, a minute's walk away, & paid parking out front & across College. The map below has the details, including the no-parking hours.
