Your visit
Before, during & after.
- 4 weeks before Had filler? Leave at least 4 weeks before your facial.
- 2 weeks before Had Botox? Leave at least 2 weeks.
- 7 days before Finish any facial waxing.
- 5 days before Stop retinols, acids & exfoliants.
- Event coming up? Book 5 to 7 days ahead so your skin has time to settle.
- When you arrive Tell your esthetician what's changed since last time & what you'd like to work on.
- The 105 minutes Lights down, warm blanket. Chat or doze, both are fine.
- Any time If pressure, a tool or the temperature doesn't feel right, say so & we'll adjust.
- Same day Skip saunas, hot yoga & heavy workouts.
- 24 hours No makeup.
- 48 hours Pause acids & exfoliants.
- Every morning Mineral SPF 50+. Stay out of direct sun & tanning beds.
- Good to know A little sensitivity afterwards is normal.
- If you had a peel Your esthetician will tell you if your skin needs anything extra.

Bespoke or the Signature?
The Signature follows our 11-step method with one tech upgrade. The Bespoke has no set steps: your esthetician builds it from the full library & adds five head-to-toe extras. Choose the Signature for a thorough reset, the Bespoke when your skin needs several things worked on.
Does it hurt?
Most of it is relaxing. Peels can tingle for a few minutes, radiofrequency feels warm & extractions can feel like firm pressure. Extractions are optional, & your esthetician will adjust anything that feels like too much.
Will I see a difference after one visit?
Skin usually looks brighter, smoother & more hydrated straight after. Firmness & tone build over regular visits.
How often should I book?
Monthly to quarterly, depending on what you're working on. Your esthetician will suggest a rhythm after your first visit.
