Can I use my gift card to book online?
Not yet. Mangomint, our online booking system, doesn't have a way to add a gift card at checkout. Text us at (647) 879-3232 or send a request on this page, & we'll book you in. You pay with your gift card at your visit.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Your balance stays on the card until it's used.
Is tax included?
Gift cards aren't taxed when you buy them. HST is added when the card is used, which is why the amounts in our gift guide include the 13% HST.
Can I choose when it's sent?
Yes. Send it right away, or pick a date, like a birthday, & it arrives by email that day.
What if the visit costs less than the card?
The rest stays on the card for their next visit or for products in the clinic.
Can I use it on skincare products?
Yes, in the clinic. Gift cards can't be used in our online shop.
They didn't get the email. What now?
Ask them to check their spam folder first. If it isn't there, send us a note & we'll look it up & resend it.
