Before, during & after.
- 7 days before Stay out of the sun & skip tanning, self-tan included.
- 5 days before Pause retinoids, tretinoin, AHAs & BHAs.
- 48 hours before No waxing, threading or other facial hair removal.
- On the day Come with clean skin & as little makeup as you can.
- At booking Tell us if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants, or take medication that makes you sun-sensitive. Some of the technologies aren't suitable then, & we'll adjust or suggest something else.
- When you arrive Tell your esthetician what's changed since last time & what you'd like to work on.
- The 120 minutes Lights down, warm blanket. Chat or doze, both are fine.
- What you'll feel Warmth, a gentle vibration or a light tingle during the technology steps.
- Any time If something doesn't feel right, say so & we'll adjust.
- First hour or two Skin may look flushed or feel warm. It settles on its own.
- Rest of the day Skip makeup where you can.
- 24 hours No saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga or hard workouts.
- 48 hours Pause retinoids, acids & vitamin C.
- Every morning Mineral SPF 50+, reapplied through the day. Freshly resurfaced skin burns more easily.
- Between visits Keep skin hydrated with a gentle moisturizer.

What does the Oxylight do?
It brings nine skin technologies into one two-hour session, from resurfacing & oxygen to light, microcurrent, ultrasound & radiofrequency. Your esthetician works through them in sequence, each with its own job.
Full or Express?
The full Oxylight is 120 minutes with every technology. The Express is 60 minutes with four of them, for when you're short on time.
Is there any downtime?
Little to none. Skin can look flushed or feel warm for an hour or two, then settles on its own.
Is it safe for me?
Most skin types do well with it. Tell us at booking if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants, or take medication that makes you sun-sensitive, since some of the technologies aren't suitable then. We'll adjust the session or suggest something else.
