G.M. Collin Active Exfoliant Powder is for oily, dull skin that needs regular exfoliation.
Rice powder, salicylic acid and papaya enzymes exfoliate three ways at once. Add water and it turns into a light foam. Massage in and rinse, three or four times a week, or daily.
