- Avoid waxing, depilatory creams, or laser hair removal on the treatment area for at least one week before the procedure.

- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment.

Ensure your skin is clean and makeup-free on the day of the treatment.

Post-Treatment

- Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least one week following the treatment.

- Avoid vigorous exercise, swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 24-48 hours after the treatment.
