How to Book
When you select a service to book, you will be prompted to choose a time, date, and the esthetician of your preference. You can either pay for the service online or choose to reserve your booking and pay in person. Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming your booking.
How to Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, log into your account on our website. Under “Orders,” click on the “View Your Booking” link. Next to the date and time of your confirmed booking, click “Cancel,” and your appointment will be canceled. You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation.
Additionally, your reminder email will include a link to either cancel or reschedule your booking. This allows you to modify your appointment directly from the email.

Booking Reminder
You will receive a reminder via email and SMS text 3 days before your appointment, as well as a 24-hour reminder.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your scheduled treatment(s), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel or fail to show up with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full value of the booked service. We understand this might be inconvenient, but last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it challenging to fill the slot, resulting in a lost opportunity for another client.
Important: Please do not respond to the automated SMS messages you receive for appointment confirmations or reminders, as our system does not process cancellations via SMS. To cancel or modify your appointment, please call us, email us, or log into your account to manage your bookings directly.
Upon Booking
If you are booking an appointment with our injector nurse or esthetician for the first time for a specific treatment, a consultation will automatically be included. We may request your credit card information to secure the appointment. Rest assured, your information will be kept confidential and securely stored.
Arrival Time & Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment and be mindful of clients scheduled after you. If something has come up or an emergency arises, please text us as soon as possible to let us know you're running late. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booked appointment, and we will accommodate you as best we can during the remaining time.
Post-Injectable Waiting Period
Please be advised that for any facial treatments, you must wait 2 weeks after Botox injections and 4 weeks after filler injections. Our cancellation policy still applies if you fail to notify us in advance.
