Here at Studios Vis A Vis we want to give our beloved customers the best possible experience wether thats with our services or products. We will always have your best interest at heart! If you are dissatisfied please reach out to us and talk to one of our professionals, we value your feedback.
Studios Vis A Vis does not authorize returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed and/or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging and must be returned within 15 days of date of purchase with an authentic receipt from Studios Vis A Vis. We will not refund paid shipping for returns or exchanges.
We ship to Canada and USA. All our packages are shipped via Canada Post.
- Studios Vis a Vis offers FREE shipping on all orders over $150 everywhere in Canada and $250 for USA. (before taxes & discounts)
- Shippings fee's and shipping times are automatically calculated at checkout; Canada Post rates
- Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday; excluding holidays.
Unfortunately at this time we don't ship internationally but we are looking to ship to Europe very soon!
Our processing time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and may take 1 - 3 business days before your package is shipped, so please take that into consideration when shipping dates are provided. We will do our very best to minimize delays! Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer.
Delivery times are calculated by our courier; Canada Post. Within Ontario, Canada standard shipping times may take 3 - 5 business days and 1 - 2 business days with express shipping. Orders delivered outside of Ontario may take 5 - 10 business days.

When your order is shipped from our shop, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment –– this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
if you experience an unusual delay in the delivery of your package, contact us at email@example.com and we will open a service ticket with the carrier.
Order Cancellation and Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
You will receive free samples with your orders. Our Skin Care Specialists will choose samples that best compliment your order.
We understand that sometimes certain products may not agree with your skin type. Studios Vis A Vis will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 72 hours of use.
Studios Vis A Vis will request photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. Some brands require a doctors note of the allergic reaction.
Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.
