How To Book 

When you click on a service you want to book it will prompt you to select a time and booking date, as well as the esthetician to your liking. You may pay for the service online or choose the option to reserve your booking then pay in person.  Once you checkout you will receive an email with your booking confirmation.

 How To Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment 

When you log into your account on our website, under orders click the "view your booking link". Next to the date and time of your confirmed booking, click on the word "cancel" and your appointment will be cancelled. You will get a confirmation email of your cancellation.

In your reminder email, you will also get a link to either cancel or reschedule your current booking. So you will also be able to cancel and modify via email.

 Booking Reminder 

You will get a reminder via email and SMS text four days before your appointment. You will also get a 24-hour reminder of your appointment.

 Cancellation Policy 

We have a strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.  If you have booked a treatment(s) and need to cancel or make any changes to your booking(s), you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged at full value. We hope you understand, we need to do this because filling in spots last minute is very difficult and we'll lose a potential booking. 

 Upon Booking 

Clients booking an appointment with the injector nurse or esthetician will automatically be booked in for a consultation if its your first time doing a specific treatment. We may ask you for your credit card information, it might be required to secure an appointment and will be kept on record and will be kept confidential.
